Security Deposit

On the morning of Check In a $1500 security deposit is required by the owners – This is a pre-authorization only and will expire after you check out ( as long as there has been no damages ). Blue Mountain Rentals owners strictly prohibits guests under the age of 25 ( excluding families ) including after prom & high school groups. Guests that ignore this rule will face eviction & loss of security deposit.

Check In
Check in time is 4pm – On the morning of check in we will TEXT you the door code to access your chalet. If you have any questions you can call the office on 705 888 0660.
Chalets
All of the chalets listed on the Blue Mountain Rentals website come with the following :

• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Pots, pans and cutlery.
• Coffee maker.
• Kettle.
• Microwave.
• Stove.
• Fridge/Freezer.
• Paper towels.
• Toilet paper.
• Dish Soap.
• Garbage bags.
• Fireplace ( Wood Burning,Gas or Electric ).
• Dishwasher.

Please note that BBQS are only provided from May to October.

Internet Access
All chalets/cottages have free  Wifi
Noise Bylaw.

The town of the Blue Mountains operates a strict noise bylaw that is in effect 24 hours a day,7 days a week. We expect guests to be considerate to their neighbors and the use of DJ equipment, subwoofer speakers & high volume sound systems ( including car sound systems ) are not permitted.

Check Out

Check out time is 11am. Please turn off all the lights on your departure and remove all garbage/recycling to the green bins, located on your map. A cleaning charge will be deducted from your security deposit if the cottage has not been left in a satisfactory condition. please put all furniture back to original position.
