The cottage is located within 1 km of Blue Mountain and a short 10-minute walk to the Village, with over 25 shops, bars and restaurants. The cottage offers open plan living with a fully equipped kitchen,3 queen beds, 2 pull out couches, 10 guest\’s maximum.

Important Please Note :
- Rates are based on a 2 night minimum stay.
- Holiday Long Weekends are based on a 3 night minimum

- All guests must be over the age of 25 ( excluding families ).
- A security deposit of $1500 is required on arrival (this is a pre-authorization on a credit card )
- Pillows and duvets are supplied but you would need to bring your own bed linens and towels.
- You will need to sign a rental agreement that includes noise by-law
- Check out time is 11.00am
- HST will be added at a rate of 13%
All of our rentals come with the following supplied :Tea towel, dish cloths, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, recycling bags.
